Accessing Digital Open Biodiversity Data

Digital Open Biodiversity Data are freely available and have an associated license with rules for reusing. There are several ways to use these datasets, and here we’ll explore how to do that in a reproducible way, with the help of APIs.

API stands for application programming interface, which is a set of definitions and protocols for building and integrating application software.
